I love this place! Great, delicious down-home cooking, super friendly, helpful staff, and prices are good. Just wish I could get there more often.

Loved this diner. Amazingly nice staff. Ordered the lobster burger which was delicious and it came with the best potato salad I've ever had. They also had very tasty desserts.

They have the best Haddock fish and chips! Chris had a mammoth, I had a regular size and skipped the fries because I wanted butterscotch pie for dessert 😊

A little embarrassing. I was in Pictou for less than 24 hours and drove to eat all 3 meals here - and I’m not that kind of girl. If you are a tourist beat a hasty path here. The food is homey and fresh and delicious and the patrons are all local, as far as I could tell, and friendly. Sit at the counter. I hated to leave. So I kept going back. Staff darling as well.

Sharon's Place is a wonderful place to eat, featuring great home cooked meals and mouthwatering desserts. The staff is very friendly, and go out of their way to make your dining experience a great one.

The food was okay, but the coffee (I use the term loosely) was barely recognizable as such. The "coffee" was tepid. Not even close to hot. But I give it 4 stars because it's generally a good spot.

This place felt like eating at Grandma's house!Encouraging, upbeat signs to remind us of friends and family. I ate the hot Turkey sandwich with gravy on top, a mound of crinkle cut fries... lots of food for a very reasonable price... but... the lemon meringue pie was awesome!The egg rolls.... over the top!My friends ordered extra!!It's definitely like what people have said and more...' nuff said !!!

We were on the hunt for some good fish and chips while passing by Pictou and found this gem. Portions were more than enough too!

Great food, great service

I do recommend fish and chips, as I try it every restaurant I visit, I can tell theirs is superb so far. Size is big, chips are well done with a light touch of vinegar, coleslaw is sweet and fresh. I could only expect the lemon pie to be made by pure lemon juice, to taste more genuine. Also one of the rare places you can eat on Sunday in Pictoe

We really enjoying going here for breakfast. The portions are a really good size and the coffee is always hot. Great food, friendly service.

Nice to sit with family enjoying best food

We thought the restaurant was really sweet. It was nice and clean. Our waitress, Breanna, was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive. However to be honest we were not thrilled with our meal. It wasn't really hot enough and want as good as we've eaten elsewhere.

Had the egg rolls. They were good. Modest place but nice staff. It was quite busy when we were there but we were still served quickly.

Went in to get 2 bowls of soup to go. The lady was staring at us so we told her what we wanted. She rolled her eyes and told us she would get it when she has time. Lady was so rude we walked out and went to marina bar and grill where we had awesome food with friendly staff. Would never go back to Sharon's!!!!

I have been going to Sharon's for years. If you are there I highly recommend everything haha but the egg rolls are a must have. Sharon and all the girls are amazing. If you get there and have to wait for a table trust me wait. Its worth it

An amazing place for great food and a real feeling of pictou spirit. I would recommend anyone friend or not to come and visit. 25 dollars fills two stomachs with a good meal. And their fish is always fresh.

Back home for the holidays and stopped by one of my favorite restaurants in Pictou County. Some glad nothing has changed food was great and so was the service, you'll never leave hungry and if you are really hungry get the two piece fish n chips. Oh and if you want to try the Best Egg Rolls in Pictou County get one as a appetizer you won't be disappointed.

Stopped to fuel up our stomachs before a trip up the Cabot trail. Breakfast was delicious, the service was fantastically friendly, and I enjoyed the best egg roll of my life! This place is a must!

Absolute wonderful place. Excellent service , very friendly and the locals are quick to help find good places to see. Breakfast was wonderful. Big breakfast for only 7.95, we were full for the day. When you’re in Pictou , Sharons place is a must, breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
